Mr. Rajendra Rout with 20 years of experience in pulp and paper industry having a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering. He started his career from JK Papers, Rayagada, Orissa from where he gradually moved to Gapcon Engineering where he was responsible for start up and commissioning of Calenders and shoe presses in India & Abroad.

Bellmer India has already executed and commissioned more than 20 calendars in India under his leadership. His calendar expertise also lies in Roll surface grinding for critical rolls of the paper machine. He has expertise in operating German-make grinding machines.

Under his able guidance Bellmer India Pvt. Ltd. (formerly, GapCon Engineering) is grinding all the critical rolls (all functional & non-functional) of paper mills including Press & Wire rolls, suction pick up rolls, calender rolls, Size/film press rolls, coater applicator rolls etc. in India at Bellmer-India workshop in Kalyani, West Bengal.
He is being consulted by paper makers from all over India for knowledge of accurate roll grinding & roll servicing to get the best camber, chamferring and roll surface finish. His expertise is being utilised for maximise the paper machine process benefits with our roll grinding & servicing. At Bellmer-India workshop he ensures 0.2 microns in roll surface finish.
