ANDRITZ’s Innovative TwinFlo Prime Refiner Enhances Dongguan Jianhui’s Paper Production Line
Dongguan Jianhui Paper Co. has achieved a successful launch of a cutting-edge mechanical pulping line by ANDRITZ, featuring the world’s first TwinFlo Prime refiner.
The groundbreaking TwinFlo Prime boasts refined pulp flow to each refining zone, thanks to enhanced refining gap adjustment. This advancement significantly reduces wear on the refiner plates, resulting in extended plate lifespan and reduced maintenance costs.
Li Guihua, President of Dongguan Jianhui Paper, expressed pride in being the pioneers in adopting such innovative technology. Guihua stated, “With the TwinFlo Prime and ANDRITZ’s new mechanical pulping line, we have achieved a remarkable level of flexibility in both raw material utilization and fiber quality, which will enable us to further expand our board business in line with our strategic goals.”
Installed at Dongguan Jianhui’s facility in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, the new pulping line is based on ANDRITZ’s patented P-RC APMP process. Operating at a design capacity of 600 tons per day, it processes eucalyptus wood chips to produce various high-quality board grades. The system places a strong emphasis on chip impregnation and refining (HC and LC), offering maximum production efficiency and well-developed fibers while maintaining low energy consumption.
